so true...i was all in to losing weight. ohh i lost weight ya...but i was just a smaller fat dude...everything this guy is saying is soo true...once u understand this ,, u will see it all makes sense..im now getting more muscle and i hardly do cardio, im 14 percent body fat now...and i can hve a cheat weekend and still dnt get fat,,
