  • Looks good, but having "Sticky" and "fluid " in the title? Let's just say a lot of people probably get to this page by mistake. :)

  • man woman big small it don't matter as long as it works.

  • Alright, so I'm wanting to learn these hand drills and I see your comments about what martial art it is. But I just wanna learn these kinda drills; where would a good place be to look, videos, books, or Martial arts? Can you give me some places? It would be REALLY appreciated :/

  • isn't the point of chi sao to feel your opponents energy? i can't see how that could happen at such high tempo. please correct me if i am wrong.

  • @Londonboy576 the sticky hands practice starts out slow, so that you learn how to anticipate an opponents energy and movements... after you learn the feel of sticky hands, your body automatically reacts in a fight to your opponents movements that it learned in the training with sticky hands.. thats how they can move at such high speeds, muscle memory retention basically :)

  • You are by far one of the worlds most dedicated martial artists. I haven't forgotten you.;) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

ps could you send me your picture and sign it for me. I'll email you my address thank you love. XXXXX

  • Call it what you want my freind its just a name.

  • Dosnet matter if its wing chun, JKD, silat as long as it works for you learn everything and put your own stamp on it the. I don't want to do it like the founder did it 200 years ago I want to evole and make my own form and move on and learn more not be stuck in this way is the only way its not learn everything and take what work for you.

Best wishes in your training freind.

  • y not try wing chun and taichi .. that what im doing and combos it during sparring ..

  • @hlb101 great attitude. i know the post is old, but just came across it. too many people want to drop names and labels like it will protect them. keep up the good work.

  • @hlb101 your title is correct, the practice you are showing in this video is called sticky hands. its a method of practicing to feel out your moves, used as a basis of the art wing chun. both of you are correct lol
