That is the true meaning of extreme. That was a lot of ground covered and you managed to get one in the bucket. If both were in the bucket it would have been cool, but this is just awesome at getting a lot of slide.

Any pegs the hat touches get hit as well. Notice in this vid the hat is hitting the 2nd circle containing the green brick. And then the hat from the multi-ball is hitting the 3rd circle.

Jeez, that was a long time ago, let me think... When you choose the magic hat and you hit a green peg, whatever you get on the roulette lasts for 3 turns doesn't it? Wait, no, that doesn't sound right. Or does it? I don't even remember now, and I can't go back and try to find out what did it, because I don't even have windows anymore. Shit!

well it just seems that the magic hat just appears out of nowhere, then the multiball... without the roulette. is there a way to turn it off or something? the magic hat lasts for two turns and the multiball happens immediately.

The rabbit does give the magic hat. I chose Warren (the rabbit) as my character, and when I hit a green peg, I spun the arrow, and I got a magic hat. On the way through the pegs, my magic hat ball hit ANOTHER green peg, the arrow spun, and I got a multi-ball. So, that's how I had 2 magic hats floating around. It was an EXTREMELY lucky shot.

Well, besides the ball getting bigger and hitting more stuff, it also kinda floats around, rather than just falling. It's easier to tell when it's not in a slide, but you can usually hit twice as many pegs with the magic hat.

the hat itself is like a phantom field that hits pegs that are above the ball itself. (no momentum is transferred from those pegs though, only from the ones the ball itself actually hits.)
