  • I prefer to work out barefoot whilst using kettlebells.

    You get better feedback and are more grounded and stable than using cushioned sole trainers.

    People worry about dropping a heavy bell on their feet.

    1. note to self - dont drop bell

    2. remember that thin canvas aint gonna stop yer breaking yer feet if you drop a 44kg bell on it :-)
