it's pretty simple to do, and you can do it on any string on any fret if you do it right. you turn your pick sideways and kind of pull the string and dampen with your thumb at the same time. it sounds harder then it is. I learned it in 20 minutes.

I like how they split up the solo so that no one is the "lead" or "Rhythm" which is great so that me and my guitar pal don't have to fight over playing solos.

This band is just so awesome, definitely on my top fives, maybe threes.
