It's high because

1 - Nexon hates everyone who's not a melee giant/human or a range elf.

2 - Giants are really good melee fighters, mediocre mages and horrible rangers. I got my giants throw atack to rank 6 and it still sucks.

3 - You wanna deal with pesky elves, get backup from giant supporters like me. I gun them down, you bash them.
