Yes, it is great.! We love mid-century modern & went over from Phoenix in July, had to have our 'fix' Phoenix is mostly 'new' but it is 'post-modern' aka: old.. old.. OLD.! I hate old fashioned houses.! This is the 21st century.
We love the Eichler courtyard homes the best, courtyards are wonderful, everyone should have a chance to be able to buy them in any city, but the 'industry' slammed the door, glass, steel & concrete, it LASTS..!!! Why buy a money pit that needs constant repair..?
