Being a jockey has always seemed to me to be the stuff of which nightmares are made. Do they have a secret death wish? Is their DNA defective? Are they missing a critical "fear" gene? And then, one sees a video such as this, and a faint glimmer of understanding begins to emerge. One must feel so alive on every level; it is a sensory explosion! Thank you for making this experience possible for us "armchair" participants. It's as close as we will ever come to riding the wind!
