when i started another game with me much more experienced i found out the clothes you wear can give you added skills when you wear them so i ended up talking to moira about the book i ended up convincing her to give up on the book though you lose some chances to get free stuff and risk losing karma i got this secret perk called the dream crusher perk preety cool and i think you can get other secret perks by winning other speech challenges
