you guys cant film yards. where i am all the cops just wave at us. once they asked what we where doing and we told them then he let us keep on filming. they now who we are when they see our dads truck so they dont bother asking again.
i was filming at the up yard in colton ca from top of a bridge and cops came and took my camera never got it back too this day they said it was ilegal too film the yard bunch of fukers

Well they are wrong. As long as you were not trespassing it is legal. File a complaint, and if nessecary take them to court, get your camera back.
