To all you people having trouble with the Lockstep transition, yeah...it was a bitch to solve. BUT...you get slapped because your stylus tap was registered; you have to tap it when the screen is already green and not in between blue and green. Thumb this up if I helped, cuz I may as well help as many people as possible.

The problem with the Space Soccer to Lockstep transition is that the way it switches exactly on the beat instead of a little before the beat, if you tap too early, it won't register, while tapping too late is fine. That seems to be a problem in a lot of songs, one most notably being The Dazzles and Dazzles 2.

Same here. I just like the music... That and EVERY character in the sixth 'section' is kickass. I mean you got your space kickers, your stepswitchers, Karate Joe from the regular Rhythm Tengoku, and the Rockers. You can't go wrong with that!

I think the reason why the Barista won't let you skip on Remix 6 is because it's the last remix before you unlock the credits and Built to Scale 2 opens up.

I find the transition between Space Soccer and Lockstep sort of hard.

It's not that hard, you just have to realize that you can't be the least bit early on the first Lockstep beat, or it won't register. So, try to hit the soccer ball a tad later than normal in Space Soccer, and you should hit it.

I heard some people are having trouble in this I'll demonstrate how to tap in time with space soccer changing into lockstep. Now, you know when it changes into lockstep right? Well as soon as lockstep starts, then tap. Then the guitars. You have to count to 1 then struum sstruuumm! Good luck! =D

The trick is to not think about the Space Soccer changing into Lockstep; even when you know it will. When the Space Soccer part comes on and the ball gets thrown to you, tap to kick it like you normally would, and when it changes into Lockstep, that tap will carry over and make a smooth transition.

I superb'd this remix easily, and it's actually one of my favorites. Once you get the Space Soccer / Lockstep transition down, you'll love this remix.

I got ok with remix 6 the first time I tried it. Or maybe the second time. It really isn't that hard. And people who are stuck on lockstep, I was like you at first but it's actually really easy to do the transitions. When you hear the guy go "ha ha ha" once he's said the last "ha" just tap twice fast and then continue the same beat and when he goes "pa hou pa hou" tap twice fast on the last hou. Simple as :)

I'm not sure why people usually have trouble with this, i used to too, but it's not hard ^_^, it's very easy indeed!! Actually, they "try" to confuse you, but think that you're still playin Space Soccer, it's exactly the same rhythm!, just keep it down, and you'll get it in no time. Lockstep is pretty simple, for easier results, have the rhythm on a feet, so when you start, both stylus and your feet should hit toghether, and when you need to change, your feet hits first, then you, and so, you should get the timing fast, it helps a lot if you play music.
