@syzgi I can talk a little more on run defense in my next video and as for this one what I'm trying to emphasize is getting your safeties involved in the run and with the other setups overloading the strong side of the formation and usering the back side with the safety.

I will check this out later today in the LAB - any chance you could do a similar breakdown to stop the run with a 3-4 formation (Predator? Odd?) or 2-4-5 Even
