Sad thing is that might make all the difference in getting McCain elected. Never in our history has a President been elected because of the Vice Presidents. You seem to have sound logic, but if McCain's goal was to shake things up, there is no understandable reason why McCain would pick Palin over more qualified females that were on his list.
