@ieshehcookeh i think you should knead the cream inside the bag, so the mixture would mix together, either the cream got dry or something before you brought it (which is a bad product). And no the icing tip wouldnt affect the term of its consistency. hope that helps...

I bought a whipple cream (just the cream) and I found a problem with it. It comes out a bit grainy (the edges look lumpy), like it's seems harder, in terms of its consistency, as compared to the one in your video. It's having a hard time sticking on to the material too, and also letting go from the icing tip. Did I just get a bad product? Also, I bought the icing tip from somewhere else, does that affect it? :3
