hey rico, i havent long joined over on the gripboard, i found this link through browsing the forum. just wondering what the measurements are for the blocks? i think this would be a great tool to help me in my quest for a better grip.

@alexjones234 Each board is 18" long and the center of the hinge is set at 6" , if you look when I flip it over there's a trench I made with the router because I wanted to set the hinge into the wood. The total length of the boards shouldn't matter much, that would just change how much weight someone could use id guess. For the pegs it would be quicker to drill a 1" hole and glue in a broom handle to hold your weight.

@rico300zx Thanks for the reply. and are the boards 1" thick?

Does it hit the thumbs well? Ive just started doing some pinch grip with blocks but I find that my fingers seem to dominate the lift. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if that's what's suppose to happen.
