@matthewtbrawl She's Momiji (alt. Momizi) Inubashiri from Th 10: MoF. Appears in Stage 4 as a Midboss. Lots of people (like me xD) say that the 4th stage theme "Fall of Falls ~ Autumnal Waterfall" is her theme, so, don't be surprised if ya find a remix of the stage music with a pic of her. Oh, and beware: ZUN has barely released any information about her character (only smaller details) so you'll find lots of fan-made stuff. - Hope my english isnt that bad xD

At points i cant help but thing of Gurran Lagann with some of those rifs.
I also feel that too few people remember that she is head of a small army and not just aya's plaything. She is a Army General not a reporter's toy.
Please people remember the Badass Wolf General, not the crows dog.
