The name of the song is "Flamenco" it belongs to one of the best groups of the Sixties in Spain its name is Los Brincos. But the version of Dalida is resembled Arab music not Spanish with that instrumentation. I'm spanish and I'm a Dalida fan.

@pontedupre007 there is no part in this song with Arabic at all ! the music is only Middle Eastern or to be more specific (Egyptian) what-so-called (yoyo) {0:07} is a typical Egyptian sound people make when they are happy or celebrating an occasion !
