  • Thats pretty good, most cant do one, but i wouldnt consider it a full bench when you go up half way, thats like a half squat, you can do 450 pounds half sqaut, but 350 full squat

If you lucky enough to avoid major injuries. If you peaking in your late 20's than you going to retire in 30. Andy Bolton just broke 460kg in deadlift at 41. By 45 he'll be moving 500kg I bet!!

  • to some peole that lift heavy it do more damage than good to lock your elbows out on every rep. my max bench is only 330. when i do set with 275 it kills my elbow joint. thats why most heavy weight lifters dont lock out on every rep. and people work hard to get this strong and it is a huge accomplishment that why they post it on a viedo they deserve the hype. keep up the good work dude, you are a beast.

I find this dudes lift to be crazy. He is pumping this shit like its 225 and he is a smaller size guy. So when you can do this, you can tell him how to do it

  • You wear a belt so that your lower back doesn't get hurt with the high reps/weight. Also, when you push with your legs it generates to your stomach, and without a belt you lose a lot of the force you push off with. When your stomach expands and you have a belt on that energy gets converted up the rest of the body, it's like the stomach is pushing against the belt as your feet do the floor.

  • Your strength is very impressive, but from my experience and watching your ROM they are not 18 full ROM reps. I would say you could get 14-16 locking out elbows, not to discredit you just an observation, and yes i know locking out elbows may cause more pressure there.
