You wear a belt so that your lower back doesn't get hurt with the high reps/weight. Also, when you push with your legs it generates to your stomach, and without a belt you lose a lot of the force you push off with. When your stomach expands and you have a belt on that energy gets converted up the rest of the body, it's like the stomach is pushing against the belt as your feet do the floor.

Your strength is very impressive, but from my experience and watching your ROM they are not 18 full ROM reps. I would say you could get 14-16 locking out elbows, not to discredit you just an observation, and yes i know locking out elbows may cause more pressure there.

Yes, part of it is how you look! you seriously have to be extremely ignorant just to even think that!! In my opinion bringing the bar up to high can cause your elbows to lock wich is bad for the joints and takes the majority load off your chest muscles. But everyone is different has has their own ways of success.

Your strength is very impressive, but from my experience and watching your ROM they are not 18 full ROM reps. I would say you could get 14-16 locking out elbows, not to discredit you just an observation, and yes i know locking out elbows may cause more pressure there.
