That drum kit cost me around 2000$ for the drums, add 1500 $ for the cymbals and hardware so roughly 3500$ to 4000$.

It was a 1986 Tama Swingstar.

Those wouldn't be Tama Granstars by any chance would they? I have a white 9 piece set of those sitting in my garage these days. They saw a lot more action back in the mid 90's and early 2000. I never was driven enough to learn "Painkiller", but I once played a pretty lively version of "Seek and Destroy". I honestly didn't think I was THAT fast live until I heard the tape. It's amazing what adreneline can do for you. Ha ha ha!!!

It was a Tama Swing Star I purchased in 1986. That was filmed in 1991 If I remember correctly.

Just the 6" Tom was a Tama Super Star witch was black and I painted it white lol.

That evening, with a rented JVC camera, I decided to play and record my favorite songs on the drums witch were PainKiller, Metal Church and well lost my battery....

I`ts just too bad, I regret it today, never had filmed myself playing Maiden`s "Caught Somewhere in Time" Nicko Mcßrain Classic

I guess God saw it remains in the astral realm.
