  • i hate the treadmill it , everytime i use it my ankles/Joints hurt.. im only 24 and i feel like i have a old lady body, my joints and back always hurt !! so i use the elliptical plus i burn more calories on it.. :)

  • Yuri, can walking 12 miles at about 3 mph average speed every day help me reach my goal? my goal is to get ripped get down to about 7% bf, im at about 10% bf right now. and is it a good substitute for treadmill/elliptical.

  • I burn more calories on the ellipticals (w/ resistance). It helps me run longer periods, as well. So, this video sounds very true, just based on my personal experience.

    Love your videos. Very informative and always about topics I find helpful.
