  • @mrgoaliedean This video was shot over 10 years ago. I do 1x per week Arthur Jones workouts with a Weston A. Price diet these days. I had taken up powerlifting, got a bit fat (lol) and after getting tendons injured from an antibiotic my doctor at the time prescribed me, I decided I should burn off that fat and work on building muscle. It's a work in progress... lol

  • Great video, what is the rest of your workout like, and will you be doing a hindu squat video, thanks

  • Great way to break your neck´s vertebrae. You could try rope-less bungee jumping too.

  • @Varlin2 You are 100% correct. This video is NOT meant to encourage, endorse or recommend this sort of activity. It took my several years of DAILY bridging to get to this point. I stopped doing this years ago, and would NEVER return to doing it. Video is up for entertainment only!

  • Hey I've been doing a lot of reading on Matt Furey---do you find that his programs work?

  • good job nice

  • very impressive brah, too bad you're 130 lbs but impressive none the less

  • Thanks! Yes, if I was a heavyweight I would be rocking and rolling. I'm 185 now but got as high as 215. Had stopped this sort of thing by then though - I'd probably have broken my neck! This video is for entertainment purposes only! LOL!

  • y are u toturing urself like that? dont ur neck hurt?

  • actually, karl gotch was Belgian

  • Yes, you are correct. I apologize. :)

  • thats an insane bridge, man! i only do matt furey style,...maybe one day i'll be able to do THAT...keep up the good work

  • Thanks for the shout out--much appreciated. :)

  • thanks for posting to help my neck game out

  • why would you,its risky, very stressful on neck joints and totally unecessary since you can work the same muscles with a neck harness without the joint compression.

  • @billysue2

maybe joint compression is the impression you're getting from HIS method, but REAL bridging actually strengthens the living SHIT out of your neck, back, traps, lats and legs

try it out the PROPER way and you'll know what i'm taking about...it is NOT for the weak hearted

  • @m0rb1dnightmare you can load all the muscles you mention to a far higher extent and safer with weight exercises. There is no way of head bridging that avoids extreme joint compression ,not to mention the fact its not necessary for any sport, including wrestling. The bit about opening skull plates is anatomically impossible, try reading a book on medical anatomy some time.

  • that cant be healthy

  • Ah, so you make your back parallel with the wall - perpendicular to the floor. I tried with my back at an angle. -Thanks

  • you pepl be all so very *GAY*

  • this guy looks like a tapeworm. and who said that our bodys our made for such effort and wheight.the cervical vertebras are connected to complex nerves. even yogues do not do that.and we should not exceed one peticular part of the body neglecting the other parts. this roundworm that look like an ascaris looks skinny.

  • I find it curious that my body at that point in time and space revolts you so. "Ugly, strange--like a tapeworm?" Jesus! Wow!

  • but it does!you do not know what simetry is. you did not read my arguments. don't you know what it means to neglect 90% of the body and concentrate on one peticular part putting so much pressure?

as a former Olympic gymnast i know what i am talking about. for the last 16 years i have been training very hard track and field (100 meters sprint) and again, when i see a tapeworm i know what i am talking about. start reading Dr Hulda Clark's books and do some 10 sprints of 50 meters every day.

  • Dude, this video is me from several years ago. Since then I've put on 50 pounds of muscle from powerlifting. I also know who Hulda Clark is and FYI I don't have a tapeworm. I don't care about symmetry, only power and I don't study the bodies of other men the way you do. Sorry, but it's just not my thing. I don't think I've ever looked at a man's calve muscles in my life! Men don't care what other men look like and it's weird to have another man so revolted by me. Just saying!

  • calves are important as other parts are.read some steve reaves books and stop beeing as ascaris lombricoides...i am sure that you have cats

  • I don't have cats and believe me I have calves now. So go back to your Steve Reaves books!

  • You like men in a very special way, don't ya? There is nothing wrong with that, but no need to vent your sexual tension on other people. For realz!

  • LOL! I like men because I like myself. I just don't like them enough to make multiple postings about a man I "say" I don't like.

  • I was talking that Igalflint guy, not you... but if you want, we can all get together and play this cool game called "Wish You Wash Me". There is no losers in this game, my friend :)

  • Oh, well he's from Brazil and there is no sexual tension in Brazil! Brazilian women are the hottest things on the planet with ZERO issues when it comes to sex. Viva Brasilia!

  • Too bad this matters very little to igalflint.

  • DIS BE *ALL* SO FUKIN *GAY*

  • What's up Ronnie!

  • Looks bloody dangerous though.

  • thanks! please tell people to first empty pockets of ipods, money, keys, etc.

for me feels best with both hands in handstand support fashion

  • So true! I used to always drop shit from my pockets. You realize how much stuff you have in your pockets really fast!

  • bull 'poop'...mind the children.. :P

  • this is bullshit

  • i agree with you.

besides that the guy does not have simmetry.he does not have any calve muscules and it makes his body ugly, strange.

his is not a gymnast .doesn't look one.
