Lots of smart movement shown in this video, for example attempting to keep high ground over soldiers so they have a hard time hitting you. A lot is kinda testing. There are some good youtube videos also, for doing specific things if you know what you want to do. Like working with time or transitions, just search and see what comes up

Well, for starters, how can you call cc "bad" now?! It is relative right? They're bad relative to what, you pwn them do you?

They had some lineup changes recently, which is always a difficult time for a team. They are still one of the best teams in Europe despite their form not being as good as it has been in recent times. How you can say they are "bad" now is beyond me though.

Hey m8, infortunately I'm lagging as hell so I just could watched the first 1 minutes =/ First, u are really a good scout (favorite class too : D); but may I ask you a question ? Why don't u use the pistol ? It could be very useful in a lot of situation in this vid, like lack of ammo or when the target is too far...

hey bro i just started tf2ing like few days ago.... Can i ask but do u stop to shoot using scout or do u shoot while moving? i cant really see the vid clearly lol i have nuub eyez

I do both, it is situational. Some times if the shot is really hard, especially when it involves veritcal and horizontal it can be easier to stop for a second. Also, stopping can be confusing for the enemy scout who may be following your movement. Sometimes, if there is more than one enemy player shooting at you, stopping isn't possible because you will get hit for sure.
