Opinions are subjetctive, the fact is most of publications about social indicators show that Chavez is reducing poverty and increasing the life of most poor people in Venezuela. Who blames Chavez is because is a part of oligarchies and wealthier sectors that are losing their privileges. Chavez is dong better than previous neoliberalists governments and are facing people who dont want social changes.
