im 16 years old and i use the storm fast, 16 pounds i had a storm tropical before it and my average was 144..ive had this ball since december and my average us now in the 190s and just last weekend in my league i shot a 280, 300, 151 series =D

Everyone who says its edited just for strikes has never bowled... 210 avg is lot and lots of strikes... He's proably gotten a bunch of perfect games.... People with an avg of210, can be getting about 7+ strikes a games often...

@vidsofdispute yeah about that i just bowled in a tournament on a pba shot today shot 790 for the first 4 games qualified 4 out of 42 bowlers then after that it was head to head matches 2 games total pins win i shot 382 to 362 my first match second match 412 to 336 third match 370 to 272 i ended up finishing 3rd out of 42 bowlers if you want to figure the average for those 10 games go ahead im pretty sure its over 190

I have an old Storm Flame released in 2001, and it's a great old bowling ball. I also have a Columbia 300 Freeze, another good reactive bowl.

I love how people bash him cuz hes throwing it with a big hook when it isn't made to hook that much, i have thrown one and let me tell you, it hooks off the wall, im buying one cuz of the way it snaps into the pocket, its probably the best ball for your money next to the hy-road or reign thats even out on the market

Yes you are right if you are referring to only Storm. The Columbia Freeze has smashed the market. the ball is considered a low performance ball, but has a Momentum coverstock on it which was a high performance cover. I would put the Freeze up against any mid/low performance Storm ball any day.

As long as he does the same thing everytime, he can be just as accurate as anyone else, as long as he can repeat the same approach. I am willing to bet he could whoop you and all the other people who complain about his form.

It is a ball reaction video for starters, maybe he is not trying to hit the same spot? What would that show? Besides, i guarantee he could beat everyone who says that he is not good. They are just jealous. I have to give him credit for not getting mad about how everyone says he is not good.

well hitting the same mark usually shows accuracy and skill and plus all the people want in the video is to show the ball nailing the pocket. so if you want the ball to murder the pocket consistently you should probably hit the same mark. on the pba patterns if you miss that badly you might shoot a 140. dont go assuming that the person commenting on this doesnt know how to bowl. ive bowled 14 years and average 210 on the pba patterns so i know a tiny bit. the main point is YOU WANT ACCURACY

sorry about that comment, but ive come across many who make comments like that that know nothing about bowling. I understand that, but In an actual game, im betting he is more consistent. Also if you watch his new vids like the invasion for jp's reaction, he is much more consistent.

no biggy, if you watch the ball reaction vids from buddies pro shop you will see chris forry hit the same mark quite often. this guy is marginally good on this house shot creating a good bit of area and hold when he needs it but outside of a house shot there isnt much that is forgiving.

It is curving. It is made for light oil, it is not a ball that will hook the entire lane. It is hooking a good amount, he is swinging it out about 15 boards. You obviously don't know what you are talking about.

honesty, he's solid at the line...maybe one shot or two was off but that happens. nowadays, its ok to drop the shoulder a little bit to compensate for new and aggressive balls. how else would he be able to send it to the right with a high rev rate...anyway, good job man...keep it up.

his ball speed isn't slow for his rev rate. they're matched up pretty good. and it's not how many boards you can cross, it's how consistent you are.

i like the inside line he's got.

The ball seems to lack a backend that most of the newer high performance balls have. Even with your High rev rate, it seems to just sit and sit and break Lightly. Plus the fact your prolly throwing it 13.5 to 14 mph

He's got alot of axis tilt on his release and not as much rotation. It's not a really angular ball either.

i never did understand the purpose of the weight hole. ive thrown two balls, (virtual gravity) drilled to same way but one had a large type weight hole and their was(to me) no difference in roll or back end at all. please explain to me
