so sad that ppl bash n mock him because of his walk n love that he has for Christ but the Lord did say in Matthew 5:11 - "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me"
@Cougarpride2 ...who are worse than he is and would like to maybe be a little bit better. Not necessarily better at throwing but maybe better at running. Like a running back.
@threethirteen13 Yeah I'd think my son was pretty bad too if he won 2 national championships and a Heisman.... Oh, and took over the1-4 Broncos and carried them to the second round of the playoffs. Heres some more stats for you:
Second all time NCAA passer rating (He getting better again because they totally changed his throwing motion)
All time SEC leader in completion percentage 67.1%
@zellner16 thats college big boy, he was dead last in the league in both completion percentage and passing yards per game. he is a decent runner, but he has the worst arm out of any starting QB, watch some of his highlights, he is extremely inaccurate, he misses the easiest throws, makes bad decisions, he only played well when he did because teams didnt know how to stop the option offense they ran, now that its out there and people know how to stop it tebow is gunna be even worse.
@zellner16 and he didnt change his throwing motion, he said he was gunna, and did work on it, but he is so used to throwing the way he always had, like at florida, that he reverts to that motion on almost all his throws.
@threethirteen13 get outta here with your negative attitude. until you win the Heisman, two National Championships, become a starting quarterback in the NFL, and make it past the first round of the playoffs with a team that started out 1-4, you've got nothing to say.
God, he is so well spoken with the way he is able to take any difficult or insulting question and answer it with such poise and demeanor. Truly a man of god
@ChRoMaTiKz define well spoken, he's got the intellect of a jr. high school kid. If your a fundamentalist xtian the odds are overwhelming that your IQ is low. Research it under "religious intelligence" it's actually a oxymoron
Christians make me puke, how anybody believes in jesus christ (purposely not capitalized) in this day and age is beyond me. I was allowed to choose what religion I wanted to follow as a kid, as in I didn't have values and beliefs shoved down my throat, and I choose NO religion. Congratulations, a seven year old me is more intelligent than all of you "believers." Christians are like beliebers.
@donttrustme30303 Did you say god bless? I'm sure you really mean it, lol. Why don't you threaten me with hell for an eternity, your being very unxtian like. Please pray for me, because we know that prayer works te he
@steroidfootball Look around you. All the conflict and violence. People constantly taking advantage of others. Families broken up because of drugs, alcohol, and/or infidelity. Now here are Christians, who put their faith in a man who healed the sick, genuinely comforted the lonely, saved the prostitute, then was killed for no good reason, but in spite of all the insults and threats said "Father [God] forgive them for they know not what they do." And that makes you want to puke?
@steroidfootball Really, think about what that reveals about your character. Congratulations on being intelligent, but if that was the key to peace and harmony, we would already have achieved it. So what's left? Love. That in essence was the only thing Jesus ever taught during his lifetime and displayed even in his death. Love, first and foremost, for God and then people.
Stop debating on something which is not going to resolve itself now. Everyone has a right to their intellectual opinion. Just hope those opinions are accurate after that last breath is drawn. Because after death, the debating forum will be closed and all will be revealed.
@MrMilagroqq Did I speak to you? It is obvious where you stand. So the day when you get your opportunity, just tell God that He is a myth. Why does the world make such a big deal about Tebow and his beliefs? It is very clear to those that comprehend truth, not to be confused with "the truth" as the world makes it up to suit their needs.
@okbenzo truth is supported by evidence, you have no evidence for jesus. P.S. just because I don't believe in sky fairies, doesn't mean I'm not a better human than some gullible fuck like you. Not smart enuff for science, try religion
@MrMilagroqq Wow, so full of worldly ignorance and hate, and yet you call me gullible? Truth is there is a multitude of historical evidence regarding Jesus, just because you choose to ignore it does not mean that it and He does not exist. Just so you are a little more informed, it is not about religion, it is truly about a relationship. Call me what you would like, I take it for what it is, ignorance...and I forgive you. Have a peaceful and blessed evening, and know that I will pray for you.
@okbenzo find me a history book that covers jesus. you can't because he's not a historical figure. He's real to you because you want him to be. And Zeus is real to me for the same reason. It's a shame xtian need a myth to help them not fuck the neighbors dog and kill their sister. To bad you need threats from a sky fairy to keep you in line. EVOLVE PLEASE
@MrMilagroqq Empirically there stands more evidence today than ever before that the existence of a deity is a plausible, some even insist "likely", theory. Historically the bible has maintained total accuracy, to lengths that historians are increasingly amazed with as they continue to find new artifacts or documentation that further validate the events mentioned in the bible. Scientifically Zeus' credibility is impossible. Scientifically, God is yet un-disprovable. Deditione ad eum.
@04Tarvos The greatest scientists in the world belong to the National Academies of Science. About ninety percent of them don't believe in god, so stop making up nonsense regarding science and the bible. P.S. the earth is not flat and the universe is not geocentric, also the earth is more than 6k yrs. old. You shouldn't mention science with the bible, it play's heck with the talking snake and the man residing in a fish
@MrMilagroqq Have you researched these things for yourself? Have you examined the theories of scientist from all walks of history, and investigated their questions as to origin through your own efforts? I am aware that a great deal of the science community do not. I don't deny it. However, I know and have been allowed an incredible opportunity to research men like Darwin, Newton, and more. You on the other hand are coming against me with "well they say this".
@MrMilagroqq I'm not sure where your bias of deity originates, but based on your remarks I will ask this. If you truly believe that we are just mindless zombies who listen to a preacher then set our views according to what they say, are you not describing yourself? You are taking what people you've likely never met or seen have said, and basing your view of a deity off of it, slandering and harassing those who think otherwise. I've done my research here, and debate as such. Do you?
@04Tarvos The bible has maintained total accuracy?! LOL The last decade every religious scholar has switched over to the theory of ID instead of flat out saying evolution doesn't exists.
@dassix1 I didn't suggest evolution doesn't exist dassix. I merely stated that scientifically the theory of a deity stands more viable today than ever before. Research into the origin of life, the big bang, etc have strengthened the case for a creator significantly.
@MrMilagroqq It may not make you a worse human, but when you die you will go hell for no accepting Jesus Christ in your heart. History does provide evidence of Jesus Christ's life so until you choose to accept facts for what they are, you will be thought of as ignorant and misled.
@TeeFoxJay Hit the bell, right on the dinger. OK, I am bored and will be off to speak with my local sky fairy (Jesus Christ) in a few. @MrMilagroqq we beez praying for you tonight again, with some extras standing in for you (on your behalf), we gonna get you free buddy! God Bless Ya Buddy!!!! Look to find the meaning of love COMING your way very soon my friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Underoath7711 Science proved beyond a shadow of doubt that intercessory prayer doesn't work, but you can still pray that a amputee will grow an arm, or there will be no more people die from cancer. Go on dipstick pray up a storm. And don't pray for me you fucking braindead hypocrite. It might piss off my god Thor, and he will stick a hammer up your butthole. Please don't tell me how angry i'am, you don't know me. Maybe I just like fucking with people who refuse to educate themselves
@MrMilagroqq First of all your saying things that don't make any sense whatsoever. And if you think that's what prayer is, than you should go educate yourself.
@Underoath7711 You keep referring to how mad I appear, in exchanges with folks on this topic I do get annoyed because I believe overly religious people very seldom are well read and yet they quote the bible like it's something everyone believes in. Guess what I think the bible is 70 percent bullshit. I believe in evidence based material and imperical data. I don't but into superstition. Why don't jesus show himself and why does he allow disease, cancer , child molesting, floods etc.
@MrMilagroqq So you're saying you believe in theories because you think that religion is false? If you think prayer is meant to ask to cure cancer, get a clue. That's like if i went up to a genie and asked for basically anything. So the fact that you aren't educated enough prayer wise makes that argument invalid. Also if you believe 70% of the bible is untrue... fine, I can't make you change your mind. So go on with your atheist life. Because, nothing happened for no reason, right?
@MrMilagroqq Are you well read sir? It seems from your comments here you have missed a few. If you are interested in such things as the truth, philosophy, and deductive reasoning- I could recommend a few titles to clear the air on such questions as to why bad things happen and why suffering exist.
@bc4002 you keep the faith good buddy, you realize jesus predicted the end of the world would take place in his generation. He's only off a little bit
@Underoath7711 Remember being invisible and not existing are pretty much the same thing. Again religious people tend to be less intelligent and less intelligent people do stupid things
@MrMilagroqq That is a very close minded statement, and apparently you are not familiar with literature, research, and technology. "Religious" people have written novels that are mandatory reading for high school and college level students. They have also created large amounts of advancements around the world. What about John Milton, CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien- those ring any bells? What about Jewish research? Intel pentium processor, cellphones, encryption, and medicine.
@sarajs181 I think he'd be a great role model etc. But for christ sake give the religious bullshit a rest or at least take it to church and leave it off national t.v.
@MrMilagroqq Hrmmm...your intolerance is quite sad. It is OK to put everything else on nat tv BUT Christianity, right? It is not Tebow making the big deal here, it is those that hate that which they know not.
TIM TEBOW IS A BEAST! Hes a great role model and a great human being! Win or lose tomorrow he has already done the unthinkable, and deserves all the positive publicity he is receiving and none of the negative!! GO DENVER!!!!!!!
another god loving QB with way more of a legacy than jake plummer was Kurt Warner; nobody had a problem with the numbers Kurt Warner put up during his career
World hates Jesus God because they hate the truth.Since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities His eternal power and divine nature been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.
don't any of you notice how he doesn't even talk about religion, he talks about Jesus Christ. do u know why Jesus name sparks such a reaction from people? it because ALL of us know hes real, a lot of us deny him and them people get upset when they hear his name. Its like getting caught doing something wrong then you get all defensive because you know your wrong but your trying to justify your actions.
GOD DOES NOT BLESS PAGANS WITH FOOTBALL WINS, NOR DOES HE CONCERN ABOUT A FOOTBALL GAME. ONLY THE DEVIL TRADES VAIN SUCCESS FOR SOULS. GET YOUR SPIEL STRAIGHT TIMMY!
i respect what he said about the thing with a Plummer and his wife(or just people you love in general) but I gotta say, it isn't cool to flaunt your religious beliefs to a certain extent. I think Tebow sort of walks that border, but he's a good guy so I don't mind.
@euro944t Well said man. Im from Australia so noone here really knows about him but its a real blessing to see him succeed and give to praise to God. Tebow is the man
@OmarGreen93 i agree he is a great person and hes starting to grow on me but as a football player he needs to improve just being honest and at first the wearing his religion on his sleeve bothered me but now not so much
@Doberman 9298 You, arsehole, are one seriously f*d up sorry piece of nothing. You wouldn't know who was serious or not for the fog of whatever your snorting, sucking, or injecting. Leave Tebow be Tebow, and if you don't like him, change the channel. If you have brains enough to do it, that is.
As for your " He offends the vast majority of the world religions, to say nothing of nonbelievers." comment, what the HELL do YOU know what THEY think? More importantly, who in hell cares what YOU think!
@MrPizzedOff Dude you replied to the wrong person. I made a comment that Tebow was a class act etc.... then a Jerk made a nasty reply about how he offends the vast majority of religions... I think he is the ass that you wanted to kick, not mine.
this video makes me love him even more. he is so sweet and nice. so respectful never has anything bad to say about any one. he doesnt have a mean bone in his body. he responds in the most politeful and perfect way possible to anything. so much people are mean to him and can only seem to say mean things about him and he is just so nice in his replies or comments. he's a great christian guy and a wonderful role model to everyone out there <3
I believe in A GOD, I'm not certain its the same God as Tim but its good that he has people thinking about spirituality again at a time when its almost been banned in schools etc. The world is hurting right now, and we don't know how to cope with it. The one god, life force whatever IT is, lives inside all of us. TELL THE WORLD TIM.
@iamthedarkavenger do you understand that tim is a fundamentalist xtian. that means everyone with the exception of his cult goes to hell. Are you ok with that. Please read a little bit on his beliefs before drinking the jones koolaid
@MrMilagroqq He has the right to think it. It doesn't hurt me. I'm fine. You are fine too. I'm not drinking anyone's kool-aid, at least people are remembering what its like to not be mechanical. That's good for all things on earth.
Tebow is a class act. This is America, we are free to believe what ever we want. Besides it is the media that is creating this whole religious buzz around Tim T, to sell papers & stories. Tim Tebow is just being true to himself (with the cameras rolling). I respect and admire him.
@Doberman9298 it's called showboating and jesus would shit if he could see this narcissism pushed in everyone face. he's using football and fame to push his fucked up agenda. He offends the vast majority of the world religions, to say nothing of nonbelievers. Sorry, he seems like a nice guy, but slow down the religious bullshit
@MrMilagroqq sorry you got hurt by religion as a child but Jesus isnt a religion he was a guy that unlike any other following or religion died not for people who believed in him but for unbelievers like you
@platnium1811 Your right jesus insn't a religion, and he's not a god, it's a fairy tale. Why do you think there's no proof of his existence and why didn't anyone write about him until 70 yrs after his death. By the way read matthew 6.6 6.5. shouldn't tebo he in church on sunday. fucking hyporcrite tehe
@MrMilagroqq the verse you just wrote made no sense cause you wrote the numbers the wrong way if you meant matthew 6:6:5 then that would make sense but that just talks about prayer, if you understand what Jesus did he healed and worked on Sunday and people were ticked about this and corrected that if your doing other things for God and doing good theirs no need to have a sabbath on just a sunday, sabbath is your own personal time with God, so Jesus didnt go to church on a sunday
@platnium1811 What makes you think I got hurt by religion "dumbfuck". I wasn't molested by a priest, I wasn't victim of the crusades, witch hunts, inquisitions, holocaust etc etc etc. Do have any idea how far religion has set back the human race, religion promotes homophobia and racism big time. P.S. the jesus story is made up, just like Mithrais, Isis, Buddha and endless others. Not everyone needs to worship mythological characters, some of us worship life and mother nature, reality
@MrMilagroqq Religion can certainly hurt people, but so can atheism and atheists. I suggest looking to Jesus, and not religion, as even the Bible tell us that we must look to God because man will inevitably disappoint us. Man is not perfect, whether they follow Christ or otherwise, and that is the reason that Jesus came - so that we may be forgiven of our moral imperfections or "sin", because no one is holy enough on their own to make it to heaven. Not me, not you, not anyone.
@MrMilagroqq Jesus came and died for sinners (i.e. all of us) because he loves us and to "cleanse" us of our wrongdoings before the eyes of God. Believing in Jesus makes us positionally righteous in the eyes of God, rather than righteous by our acts (which we can never do). For this reason, Tim Tebow is thankful and selfless. Now, If you believe there is no heaven, no afterlife, etc. and that humans are nothing more than flesh and bone then that begins another discussion entirely.

@MrMilagroqq In regards to worshiping life and mother nature, the bible tells us to look at nature in awe as a reminder and proof of the Lord's majesty and sovereignity. There are many exceptional scientists and historians who are Christians either from how they were raised or by challenging their own worldviews to find truth. If the biblical account and the idea of Jesus were so absurd, it would certainly not appeal to these intellectuals. I hope one day you embrace the Lord's love.
@maximal37 You keep using the bible, as I indicated earlier the bible is a crock of crap. google bible atrocities and you will find hundreds of passages that are totally insane and dangerous. Please read both sides before you consume old dangerous mythology
@MrMilagroqq I appreciate your desire to read both sides. Personally, I came to a point where I wasn't sure how reliable or accurate the Christian faith was. Part of this is because I wanted to live life how I wanted to live it, and partake in things that were not pleasing to God according to the bible. The other part was I was disheartened by so many "Christian Hypocrites" as I thought of them. You know? How are these "Christians" really living transformed lives?
@MrMilagroqq It gave me an ease of conscience (in some ways). However, I decided to (after hearing and reading many atheist arguments), read the bible myself and explore if there were any prophetic or scientific truths in the bible. Through many years I came back to my faith and because of my wandering and my research it is now incredibly strong. It is also important when reading the bible to recognize the historical and political context that verses are written in.
@MrMilagroqq many Old Testament verses may appear to be "bible atrocities", but it is important to take note of their context. Chronological bibles are very helpful with recognizing this. Furthermore, since many biblical prophecies have become fulfilled (messianic and non-messianic), this GREATLY increases the evidence that the bible discusses truth rather than fiction. The statistical probability of this otherwise occurring would be almost unfathomably small.
@platnium1811 thats kool man just maybe actually get to know a christian like Tim Tebow who just a great a guy whose being himself, nothing wrong with that or knowing a nutjobb cause someone is humble and sincere
@platnium1811 Those events never happened, so therefore he didn't die for my sins. However if in your made up world it did happen then I would suggest keeping it to yourself. Back then there was no to little understanding of mental illness so what you could pass of then you can't now.
@Euclid06 Actually, Tim Tebow sounds like an arrogant prick, parading around saying how thankful he is that Jesus made him, Tim Tebow, so fucking special. Tim Tebow sounds like a robotic religious zealot who has a lot of talent, but is nevertheless another pinhead speaking about ideologies ingrained in his head since birth while refusing to consider the feelings of those around him. It's insane how people can even remotely think that Tim Tebow wasn't the asshole here.
if Christ comes first Tebow then why do you chose football over the SABBATH give it a rest you phoney stop using Christ to gain notariaty be it negative or posotive just play your football and shut up
@Kenebneb1 You obviousness know nothing about Christianity or else you would already know that you do not practice resting on the SABBATH. Also the SABBATH is on Saturday.
@paulnguyen6324 the bible's a crock of shit, any one with a brain know's that. Talkin snakes, men living in fish, killing your children for talking back etc. You need to read this dangrous fairy tale and try to get over your childhood brainswashings
@LukeMomba so god loves me, how nice. why don't show the thousands of children starving to death evey hour a little love. or the ones being murdered hourly in the sudan. I'm sure your reply will be an idiotic rant, one i've heard a million times. save it
@MrMilagroqq Obviously you haven't taken a very good history class. In ancient Mesopatimia, there were people call the Hebrews. There recorded history just so happens to be the first few books in the Bible. Just cause you dont' believe, doesn't mean you should going around trash talking Christianity. If you don't got somethin nice to say, don't say nothin at all. You'll learn someday. GB2
@MrMilagroqq Dude I don't know where you have been but everyone everywhere is being brainwashed. From the clothes that you wear, to the food that you eat, to the way you vote, and yes even the way you perceive religion. Yes the liberal media has taught an entire generation of people to believe that Christianity is a dangerous fairy tail.Get off your high horse because you are not better than a "brain washed" Christian because your just as brainwashed.
@Kenebneb1 you do know that the sabbath is just a day or time you set apart for God if you read your bible Jesus worked and had his ministry on the sabbath and doing somthing on the sabbath meant nothing, its just your own personal time with god
@Kenebneb1 lol the Sabbath? Give it a rest you troll, he's not Sabbatarian, and you know who also chose to work on the "Sabbath"? That guy who you refer to as "Christ"
AMEN. lord Jesus I thank you for speaking thru Tim, you have blessed him amongst all negativity and i pray that you continue to bless him in his journey of life.
If more people were like Tim Tebow the world would be a better place. It doesn't matter if you believe in Jesus or not, he is passionate and lives what he preaches. Tebow inspires me to be a better person and give all the glory to my lord and savior Jesus Christ. Awesome win yesterday, Broncos! The replays will never get old. :)

@angerycamel2 Interesting comment - Considering "angery" and "sycho", it is obvious you would fail to comprehend.

@okbenzo since family is for real, then family should trump mythological characters
MrMilagroqq 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq Did I speak to you? It is obvious where you stand. So the day when you get your opportunity, just tell God that He is a myth. Why does the world make such a big deal about Tebow and his beliefs? It is very clear to those that comprehend truth, not to be confused with "the truth" as the world makes it up to suit their needs.
okbenzo 1 month ago
@okbenzo truth is supported by evidence, you have no evidence for jesus. P.S. just because I don't believe in sky fairies, doesn't mean I'm not a better human than some gullible fuck like you. Not smart enuff for science, try religion
MrMilagroqq 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq Wow, so full of worldly ignorance and hate, and yet you call me gullible? Truth is there is a multitude of historical evidence regarding Jesus, just because you choose to ignore it does not mean that it and He does not exist. Just so you are a little more informed, it is not about religion, it is truly about a relationship. Call me what you would like, I take it for what it is, ignorance...and I forgive you. Have a peaceful and blessed evening, and know that I will pray for you.
okbenzo 1 month ago 3
@okbenzo find me a history book that covers jesus. you can't because he's not a historical figure. He's real to you because you want him to be. And Zeus is real to me for the same reason. It's a shame xtian need a myth to help them not fuck the neighbors dog and kill their sister. To bad you need threats from a sky fairy to keep you in line. EVOLVE PLEASE
MrMilagroqq 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq Empirically there stands more evidence today than ever before that the existence of a deity is a plausible, some even insist "likely", theory. Historically the bible has maintained total accuracy, to lengths that historians are increasingly amazed with as they continue to find new artifacts or documentation that further validate the events mentioned in the bible. Scientifically Zeus' credibility is impossible. Scientifically, God is yet un-disprovable. Deditione ad eum.
04Tarvos 4 weeks ago
@04Tarvos The greatest scientists in the world belong to the National Academies of Science. About ninety percent of them don't believe in god, so stop making up nonsense regarding science and the bible. P.S. the earth is not flat and the universe is not geocentric, also the earth is more than 6k yrs. old. You shouldn't mention science with the bible, it play's heck with the talking snake and the man residing in a fish
MrMilagroqq 3 weeks ago
@MrMilagroqq Have you researched these things for yourself? Have you examined the theories of scientist from all walks of history, and investigated their questions as to origin through your own efforts? I am aware that a great deal of the science community do not. I don't deny it. However, I know and have been allowed an incredible opportunity to research men like Darwin, Newton, and more. You on the other hand are coming against me with "well they say this".
04Tarvos 3 weeks ago
@MrMilagroqq I'm not sure where your bias of deity originates, but based on your remarks I will ask this. If you truly believe that we are just mindless zombies who listen to a preacher then set our views according to what they say, are you not describing yourself? You are taking what people you've likely never met or seen have said, and basing your view of a deity off of it, slandering and harassing those who think otherwise. I've done my research here, and debate as such. Do you?
04Tarvos 3 weeks ago
@04Tarvos The bible has maintained total accuracy?! LOL The last decade every religious scholar has switched over to the theory of ID instead of flat out saying evolution doesn't exists.
dassix1 3 weeks ago
@dassix1 I didn't suggest evolution doesn't exist dassix. I merely stated that scientifically the theory of a deity stands more viable today than ever before. Research into the origin of life, the big bang, etc have strengthened the case for a creator significantly.

MrMilagroqq 3 weeks ago
@MrMilagroqq First of all your saying things that don't make any sense whatsoever. And if you think that's what prayer is, than you should go educate yourself.
So I'll ask again, why you mad bro?
Underoath7711 3 weeks ago
@Underoath7711 You keep referring to how mad I appear, in exchanges with folks on this topic I do get annoyed because I believe overly religious people very seldom are well read and yet they quote the bible like it's something everyone believes in. Guess what I think the bible is 70 percent bullshit. I believe in evidence based material and imperical data. I don't but into superstition. Why don't jesus show himself and why does he allow disease, cancer , child molesting, floods etc.
MrMilagroqq 3 weeks ago
@MrMilagroqq So you're saying you believe in theories because you think that religion is false? If you think prayer is meant to ask to cure cancer, get a clue. That's like if i went up to a genie and asked for basically anything. So the fact that you aren't educated enough prayer wise makes that argument invalid. Also if you believe 70% of the bible is untrue... fine, I can't make you change your mind. So go on with your atheist life. Because, nothing happened for no reason, right?
Underoath7711 3 weeks ago
@MrMilagroqq Are you well read sir? It seems from your comments here you have missed a few. If you are interested in such things as the truth, philosophy, and deductive reasoning- I could recommend a few titles to clear the air on such questions as to why bad things happen and why suffering exist.

MrMilagroqq 1 month ago

MrMilagroqq 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq Religion can certainly hurt people, but so can atheism and atheists. I suggest looking to Jesus, and not religion, as even the Bible tell us that we must look to God because man will inevitably disappoint us. Man is not perfect, whether they follow Christ or otherwise, and that is the reason that Jesus came - so that we may be forgiven of our moral imperfections or "sin", because no one is holy enough on their own to make it to heaven. Not me, not you, not anyone.
maximal37 1 month ago

I hope one day you embrace the Lord's love.
maximal37 1 month ago
@maximal37 You keep using the bible, as I indicated earlier the bible is a crock of crap. google bible atrocities and you will find hundreds of passages that are totally insane and dangerous. Please read both sides before you consume old dangerous mythology
MrMilagroqq 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq I appreciate your desire to read both sides. Personally, I came to a point where I wasn't sure how reliable or accurate the Christian faith was. Part of this is because I wanted to live life how I wanted to live it, and partake in things that were not pleasing to God according to the bible. The other part was I was disheartened by so many "Christian Hypocrites" as I thought of them. You know? How are these "Christians" really living transformed lives?
maximal37 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq It gave me an ease of conscience (in some ways). However, I decided to (after hearing and reading many atheist arguments), read the bible myself and explore if there were any prophetic or scientific truths in the bible. Through many years I came back to my faith and because of my wandering and my research it is now incredibly strong. It is also important when reading the bible to recognize the historical and political context that verses are written in.
maximal37 1 month ago
@MrMilagroqq many Old Testament verses may appear to be "bible atrocities", but it is important to take note of their context. Chronological bibles are very helpful with recognizing this. Furthermore, since many biblical prophecies have become fulfilled (messianic and non-messianic), this GREATLY increases the evidence that the bible discusses truth rather than fiction. The statistical probability of this otherwise occurring would be almost unfathomably small.
