Great video. I remember all of these games. The MARIO 3 one seemed larger than life to me as a kid. I just remember being blown away by the game back in the day. It was just so colorful and fun. They sure don't make 'em like this anymore. Then again, I'm sure some people are thankful for that. For me though, games like these are the true classics!

In the first commercial those kids must have really been trying hard to make Gyromite fun. I remember how frustrating it was because Rob was so slow. That SMB3 commercial was epic, just goes to show that Mario ruled the world.

Ahh NES commercials...back in the time when bright white light coming from a tv in a dark futuristic setting with smoke in the background, annoying TV actors in bright clothing doing random shit on camera, and about 5-10 seconds of actual gameplay footage sold games... you don't want to know shit about the game, you just wanna be as badass as that kid who's kicking ass at it! Because he's playing with POWER!

Gyromite was awesome. My brother and I would play the game for hours at a time. It was hilarious when the player controlling the gates smashed the other player on purpose or left him trapped while a green monster slowly walks towards him. LOL. Good times.
