Why doesn't the LED sign that is scrolling the date and time show "Stop Requested"?

There is a separate sign that says stop requested, I would have to email Septa to see why the signs aren't combined.

We have a similar sign on our buses, the sign is combined, makes things so much easier, and more streamlined.
