  • I think that you may have a key to cause of migraines for me. I''ve found in the past that getting enough exercise and eating good whole foods without harmful additives such as MSG, has been a factor in having less migrianes. Chiro. adjutments have helped a lot, also. I still have the monthly migraine headache even though I've reached menopause, so I'm still looking for answeres on how to deal with this.
