Its a Mutant.when you kill the scientist of the Shai-Gen,Mutants will roam the Shai-Gen territory at night.They are strong,but stupid.I know a funny thing you can do to them.

Yea,after he dies,there is no one to stop them,so they get out and roam.

Kinda like the Darkseekers on i am legend.

@KingLord32 Mutants that run about the city. If you watch I am Legend, they look similar to the creature in this video and they hang low to the ground,but run upright too
