  • Don't lock ur wrists Vince , drop them down so ur not working the forearms as much.Once u do that u will engage ur shoulders much more. It makes a huge difference.

  • Vince, I love your vids, but you are still using your arms too much. Try to drop your wrists and don't lock them. When u drop your wrists u will only use the shoulders. Try it, it makes a huge difference:)

  • @FAGEEHA2 Just another tool in the toolbox to take you beyond failure and exhaust every muscle fiber possible. The more fibers exhausted, the more growth is possible.

  • Thanks Vince, I'm a South African dude and you really inspired me to go to the gym because I was also a long distance athlete with the misconception that I won't ever be able to build muscle, but since I started watching your videos and applying it in the gym I have gained almost 20kg of muscle in 7months and I can still do competitive long distance races.

They just give out free stuff and have a huge following of people who want free stuff. 95% of the content I put out is free too but 5% of my content is ORGANIZED SYSTEMS solving specific problems with specific solutions, which come with a price tag.

  • If anyone ever buys his NNMB program its great. But one section there is 2 weeks of 3 rep maximum. I think its BS becasue with only a few months of training no one should be going that low. I have labrum tears in both shoulders now and Im getting surgery. Not blaming anyone but just skip that part. better safe than sorry :(

  • @acoustics905 To clarify, you're supposed to do six months of the Beginner-Intermediate program and then the Advanced program and the sets of 3 don't come until 9 months in. But, you should ALWAYS proceed with caution when lifting heavy.

  • @VinceDelMonte yeah thats true. I was carefull but I guess my body couldnt handle it. Vince have you heard of someone coming back from a labrum tear? Mine isnt so bad. Its a type 1 Slap tear and im getting surgery at mcmaster.  Will i be able to continue bodybuilding in the future or is my career over? Im sure youve seen guys in the gym with it? Thanks

  • @imcoolerthnu I believe when his form starts going south, he drops the weight so he can perform the sets and exercise properly.
