I don't think Nikki is unhealthy. Weight isn't the only factor to decide on how healthy a person is. sorry but what? come on, i didn't mean to offend anyone, it's just that being overweight has serious medical consequences! it's not just about looks, if she feels good in her own skin then that's great, but she should lose some weight to be HEALTHY. and SOME weight, not too much, being stick thin isn't healthy either.

Well, weight is not the issue... what she must lose is FAT to be healthy, she can still be a nice, beautiful big girl (as she actually is, I would ask her out anytime) and lose FAT at the same time. When you lose weight, you can also lose muscular tissue and that is dangerous, fat losing diets are the ones that actually work for anybody's health, because you keep all of your muscular tissue
