  • @DewtonVlogs Meh, I'd rather have a slow metabolism and lose it off by running all day...I love to run but I can't because I need to bulk up. I was born in the wrong body!! =(

  • I have been following your diet thingy.

    I have been eating like 4 different fruits a day (notably apple,pear,grapes and strawberries).

    Morning is cereal.

    I also eat bits of 70% cocoa dark chocolate everyday; reduces bad cholesterol, reduces stress ;)

  • i've found that the best thing to do is to stay away from processed foods as much as possible (so as far as your snacks go, the fresh fruit is much better than the processed granola bars)

    fruits and vegetables are the best snack foods because many of them have a high water content so you get the illusion of being full, plus they are full of nutrients (if they are fresh)
