@TheNarutoCake That's one of the easier ones. Okay. What you do is get the clip you want to use that effect with. Then copy it. Make another layer and paste it underneath the first clip. So now you have 2 clips, one on top of another. Make the bottom one black and white (effect). After that, go to cookie cutter in Vegas and insert it into the top clip. After that, experiment and have fun with it.

Music is indeed wonderful because it's different, but some music isn't tolerable enough to be listened to by human ears, like the Jonas Brothers.
