Also, don't be fooled by people who say it doesn't apply to commentaries, LPs or anything else. Chances are, they're lying out their ass to protect it. Look at RetroGamer3 or Jfreedan. They're the perfect examples of this subject. If you need proof of this, I can send you a link of something I think you'll want to look at and will probably want to share it with folks you know.

Almost all copyright claims for music are done in bulk and don't focus on an individual. Submit a simple counterclaim saying its fair use and it will disappear in a couple weeks. They don't even bother checking the smaller claims. This always works for me when an Audiosurf video gets taken down

The same thing happened to me some douche thought it was cool to say my videos copyright infringed his eurozeitgeist or whatever, but if you're partnered with a channel just contact them they should be able to take care of it eventually people as big as nova and seamus still get these from time to time and machinima takes care of it for them so if you are partnered they will take it down. Even if they don't the strike goes away over time.
This is my opinion, but unless FullScreen Inc. are a bunch of a**holes you shouldn't worry about the partnership because once they see that your FMA 2 LP was put up like 2 years ago and you never even got a warning about copyrighted music when they started cracking down they'll have to give you the benefit of the doubt.
