I can't completely disagree with some postings here...if you choose to live somewhere which is at risk of flooding, maybe you shouldn't live there. I said the same think about New Orleans. It's sad that people are losing their lives, but if you don't want to risk your life to floods or hurricanes, then move away from places that are prone to floods and hurricanes.
