That entire rig is legal in California, minus the detachable 30 round magazine. I have ZERO issues running 5.45x39 from a NATO STANAG 5.56 10 Round Mag.

I love the fsc556 and the fsc762...works as advertised. For those who are new to the game...note that this is a flash suppressor and not a flash hider or eliminator. It works great as a muzzle break. Really keeps your aim nice and steady.

@lostburro Check out the Primary Weapons System website. Its got the BATF approval that its not a flash suppressor but labeled as a compensator.
