we know that obito is dead after his right side is smashed (along with his RIGHT eye). but, we're not sure if madara is dead. also, jiraiya has doubts about madara's dead.
at the end of chapter 364, tobi says "my powers... madara uchiha's powers..."

I mean... think about it, he's wearing a mask, just to hide his crushed face, and that mask's only got one hole, and that hole's on the side og his right eye, the eye he didn't give to Kakashi... I mean, it's just a possibility, but I'd say that's as close as we got to who Tobi really is...

It was sure that the 4th was Naruto's father. People who said he wasn't are blind or no common sense. Anyway, I think that 4th gave the light chakra of Kyuubi to his son. He then put the dark half to himself, thus turning him into the maniacal Pain. But Tobi(Madara Uchiha, I'm sure) is the strongest shinobi for now, until Naruto uses his 'special' jutsu to take full control of Kyuubi's chakra

Tobi is NOT obito. Obito is dead; he can't be Tobi. But Tobi can be Madara, since the manga has been giving out clues to his identity. There was one part where he said "My power...Madara Uchiha's power" and now in this manga we can see him sitting in the statue of Madara Uchiha. So it is possible that Tobi is Madara, but I am not 100% sure. However, I am 100% sure that Pain(Minato) is Naruto's father
