Many christians are waking up. Alot of christians are zombies though and will never wake up and don't even follow the bible. The bible has some really incredible knowledge both historical, philosophical and spiritual. So many people I meet who try to push their religion on me don't even know their holy book. The Pharisees were called open tombs, sons of Satan and the lawyers reprimanded for heaping grievous burdens on the the people. None of these were State (Roman) government representatives. Actually the Bible was written in two languages...the Old Testament in Hebrew and the New Testament in Greek. And there are modern translations available today that are very easy to read...as long as it's translated from the original Hebrew and Greek.

It could be written in the sky for an all powerful god. However, it is so convoluded that there are thousands of different sub-religions within Christianity. Jesus only stepped in when the people were misusing the temple. He told his peoples to tell the authorities about the gospel, but i don't recall him telling them to fight the authorities.... physically anyways. Jesus even paid taxes. I think that's pretty profound.
Well, Jesus did go against the Pharisees. He also made whips and overthrew tables to drive out the sellers who were violating his temple by making it into a market place. Jesus was a compassionate and loving guy, but that doesn't mean that he was weak and frail. He encouraged people to cling to what is good and fight against what is evil. So, he wasn't a pacifist. Essentially, I think peace is fought for. It's not something that is given, sadly, because evil still exists.

Yep. He defended the holy place because they were violating it. And yes, Jesus does not support violence, however, he probably supports tension. Tension is a tactic that's used to put pressure on the opposition to make them do something about the situation. It also brings awareness to the people of what the issue is. Jesus wasn't an attacker, he was a defender of righteousness. And yes, obeying the Pharisees shows a respect for the opposition and their laws, whether they are just or unjust.

Alex mocks others! This issue is one of the most dangerous threats to the souls of men. Yes, Paul admonished obedience to the powers that be, UNTIL they demand that you sin against GOD. Many have Paul contradicting himself, because Paul was imprisoned on several occasions for not abiding by the laws of the land. Paul well knew the words and wisdom of Peter who was also arrested on more than one occasion: "We ought to obey God rather than men." Acts 5:29. So, Armageddon is about SIN! Not Megiddo!

Highly overdramatic, but correct to an extent. Christ did overthrow the, *ahem*, MONEY-CHANGERS' tables and drove them out with a whip, but only because they were desecrating the temple. He also said to "render unto Caesar what is Caesars". But it is definately a christians duty to SPEAK OUT againsts evil, and to protest NON-VIOLENTLY.

For once, I don't agree fully with Alex Jones. Violence is not the Christian thing to do, unless, possibly, you're talking about direct self-defence. However, we need to get the information out to people, especially as regards the prophecy of revelation. And when the government starts forbidding us to preach, or want to force us to join their "cause"then we must not be intimitated, because what can men do to us?

We fight the evils of this world with spiritual weaponry. We have an entire set of armor of God, which is described in Ephesians 6. Our armor is truth, righteousness, the gospel message (called peace), salvation, The Spirit (God's Spirit) and prayer.
A Christian's weapons are invisible to the naked eye, but are far more powerful to tear down strongholds.

That is a contradiction to current knowlege. The contradictions are propably why appolgetics were invented. If there were a god, he wouldn't write a book in one language to be translated. It'd be able to write a book anyone could read easily.

Actually the Bible was written in two languages...the Old Testament in Hebrew and the New Testament in Greek. And there are modern translations available today that are very easy to read...as long as it's translated from the original Hebrew and Greek.

It could be written in the sky for an all powerful god. However, it is so convoluded that there are thousands of different sub-religions within Christianity. I'm not sure if the Jews have as many subsets or beliefs.

Many things are written with meanings beyond what's literally being said, so that a message can be simplified. There is human error in the bible, there is tampering, contradiction and misinterpretation. but there is also truth and wisdom in between the lines. If you don't want to be open minded to any of that.. that's fine, I'm sure you have your reasons.

It's an old story retold with their own twists of how they thought a God should be. If I were to invent one, I'd have him denounce pedophiles, rapists, slave holders. The god of the bible doesn't do that though.

All of those things are the result of sin, and everyone is a sinner, and God judges sinners therefore God denounces all of those you mentioned.

The constitution is divinely inspired. Romans 13 vs Acts 5:28/29... Its even easier to dispell using the old testament, but its in the new testament aswell. Jesus only stepped in when the people were misusing the temple. He told his peoples to tell the authorities about the gospel, but i don't recall him telling them to fight the authorities.... physically anyways. Jesus even paid taxes. I think that's pretty profound.

Well, Jesus did go against the Pharisees. He also made whips and overthrew tables to drive out the sellers who were violating his temple by making it into a market place. Jesus was a compassionate and loving guy, but that doesn't mean that he was weak and frail. He encouraged people to cling to what is good and fight against what is evil. So, he wasn't a pacifist. Essentially, I think peace is fought for. It's not something that is given, sadly, because evil still exists.

Well yeah, thats why the whole just war thing came around. But that wasnt a theory developed by Jesus or the apostles for that matter. But again, Jesus only rebuked them so harshly and only took up a whip because they were using the temple for selling. We have no reason to believe, from the gospels alone, that Jesus would ever have permitted the use of violence under any circumstance other than stopping the desecration of a holy place. He even told people to obey the Pharisees Matthew 23:3

Yep. He defended the holy place because they were violating it. And yes, Jesus does not support violence, however, he probably supports tension. Tension is a tactic that's used to put pressure on the opposition to make them do something about the situation. It also brings awareness to the people of what the issue is. Jesus wasn't an attacker, he was a defender of righteousness. And yes, obeying the Pharisees shows a respect for the opposition and their laws, whether they are just or unjust.

Absolutely, the modern churches appear to be dead. Iv'e seen it, I been in them, and even the church I belong to has its flaws. How is AJ being hateful or even obsessed with evil? By caring about whats happening in this world? By wanting to resist? A lot of people dont want to hear the truth. And your not going to like what you find when you actually start researching this because it definitely makes things harder. But is it worth being prepared? Of course yes.

Great! Any patriotic Christian should know the American Revolution was led from the pulpits of the Colonies by pastors following bible truths. Jesus warned us about wolves disguised as sheep, ravening the flock. God requires us to think and be discerning! ("come let us reason together"). If your pastor is telling you not to resist evil authority, then that person is not of God. You need to find another church. "come ye therefore out of her my people and be not a partaker of her sins".
