  • ii usually season with salt after the meaty is cooked so it doesnt dry out ?

  • It can dry out beef if you over salt it, but chicken is generally more juicy, so no problems ;)

  • ur make everything simple :D

  • Very quick and easy. I do exactly the same with turkey legs that have the bone and skin intact. Just a little salt and pepper and into the oven they go. Delicious!!

  • now i know why i have this kind of food for dinner every night... its easy to cook...

  • Love this initiative, now I kook quite well so I don't need to watch this, but its just fun to see what you're decided to present. Keep it up!

  • thigh fillets suck! I love breast fillets!

  • I prefer Thigh Fillets, as they usually have more flavour. But breast fillets are nice now and again ;)

  • Hi there, :-)

I think it's good that you put it out there - the easy stuff - as well as a little bit more complicated... there are a lot of people out there who are afraid to try - because they haven't cooked before, and don't know where to start... It's also nice for young kids or teenagers who just start cooking. :-) You know - I've been wanting to get a pepper mill for ever, I love fresh cracked pepper, you've inspired me to finally go out and buy one lol! Most would say it's about time haha

  • Glad I inspired you to get a Pepper Mill - you won't regret it!!!
