This work. you just have to fiddle around with the info from your provider and it will be fine BUT !! warning !! this can drain ALOT of money. and it is slow as all hell. but it works nonetheless

@20saz10 I had this happen once. I tried the GPRS and it said empty. It turned out I had the sim card in upside down. When I turned off the the phone and put the sim card in right side up, then I was able to access GPRS Data accounts.

no guarantees, but generally these phones work on at&t. i do NOT recommend them, but, if they work, they are pretty okay...certainly not great, though.

I use mine with both at&t prepaid and t-mobile prepaid, but I really don't recommend these phones. Sometimes it's a good experience, sometimes bad. Neither at&t nor t-mobile can help you if you have any problems with it. You might want to read my article at my blog about why you should NOT buy one (link in info bar under video).

Some possibilities are...

1. at&t is not your carrier

2. you have entered a setting in incorrectly

3. you do not have internet active on your account at at&t (you will need to call customer care to verify the internet is active and properly provisioned for your phone number)

4. at&t's cellphone internet service is down in your area

The steps I show will work only for cell phones that are in the United States and that use the cellphone company called AT&T.

According to your YouTube profile, you live in Sweden. you will need to contact your cellphone company (telia, tele2, telenor, vodafone, etc.) to get the correct settings.

However, the steps should be the same. You just need different settings.

Unless the at&t phone is the Motorola c139 (a phone that cannot connect to the internet), then it sounds like you need to call at&t's customer service to make sure there are no provisioning issues with the internet on your account.
