I can see that you've experimented with the length of the photos, and it looks as though you did try to sync it. sometimes youtube F**ks up the timing when you upload, so i suggest leaving enough transition time so that its closer to what you intended upon uploading, and maybe use just a bit more in the effects department to spice it up a more, ne?
