This is a gorgeous subdivision and the houses well built, but the fountain they show here is now OFF! Beware of things like this. Ask about things w/in the subdivision before you buy in here. Ask about the HOA fees and community involvement...etc. Don't trust blindly. So many are just out to make a buck now and will readily trade their own integrity to get it. Very sad.
If I was going to spend that much money for that house then I would go buy somewhere so when you look out the dining room window you do not see all the neighbors !!
Subsequent to the kitchen layout, the remaining sections of the house do not meet my expection; however, the exterior surroundings looks great. I do not like the interior designs. Lastly, the video displays are sufficient. Sincere thanks, Freddie J. Melvin
