That's great that you have a balanced approach to it as well. I personally enjoy a mostly raw diet and find that actual this approach has more benefits than trying to live life in a strict little box and get everything 100% raw
@ocergnairb I just want to be 100% healthy and happy everything else is incidental :) Sometimes all I want is toast and I'm fine with that.
