Why should ti have to speed up, its basically a mini pc, and it should take a long time to load. Like new computers you just leave this phone on and it goes into standby.. there is no reason why it should boot up faster, the longer it boots up the more it is loading which is a good thing. Start up time for a smart phone isnt exactly a big deal.
