  • We cannot forget dear job thirumeni ever. We had the blessings of staying in our house for one day, food with us n He was just like a member of our family. Even after few years when we met Him at orthodox center Delhi He remembered our kids names n blessed them. He did kept very close relationship with all whom he met.

  • Hello Samz3d. If you have full length of therumeni's Song can you tell me how to get a copy of these songs. Thirumeni kept all tradational tunes for all songs. We need to keep these songs like Diamonds for your next generation.

  • missing u thirumeni !!! :( this voice always resonates in my ears when we attend worship in church !!! You've taught us soooo mch !!

Thank you Sam for capturing his voice in such a beautiful way too !!!

  • I grew up comforted by his voice!! I will miss him!! O God of spirits, and of all flesh, Who hast trampled down death by death, and overthrown the Devil, and hast bestowed life upon Thy world: do Thou Thyself, O Lord, grant rest to the soul of Thy departed servant, Job Mar Philoxenos, in a place of brightness, a place of verdure, a place of repose, whence all sickness, sorrow and sighing have fled away. As the gracious God, Who lovest mankind, pardon every transgression which he has committed,

  • my son loves it when I play this for him. Very, very beautiful. God bless Philoxenos Thirumeni.

  • wow no words to say i like this song

  • In which service (koodasha) of the church is this hymn used?

  • @malankarasyriac - These verses are from the second Qolo of Repentance and Departed from Thursday Evening prayer. It is called the Sh'himo or as people in Kerala say - Sheema Namaskaaram. Thirumeni is singing it in a different tune than the usual tune sung on Thursday. Sounds heavenly.

  • @ttv21 Thank you very much.
