I was 6 years old when I started the classical dance (in a small club of village). I played during 10 years. We did spectacle, I loved this! I am now 29 years old, and I lost a lot of flexibility... I work it but it is difficult!

Hey MollyCSif, that is a yoga headstand. You can learn it starting in a posture called "crow" where you kneel on your elbows and pop up into a headstand from there. To do it ilike Fever, you need wicked flexible hamstirngs, which I don't have LOL
