I would like to see Juan Gonzalez reaching for a ball 5 ft off the plate. When I played I tried Frank Thomas' stance. I probably looked stupid though.
Ben Oglivie, very nice. How about Dwight Evans? Or another Walt Hriniak disciple, Rich Gedman? Other 80's requests: Bill Buckner, Dusty Baker, John Wockenfuss, Cecil Cooper, Don Mattingly, Sam Horn
phil plantier was the BEST!!!! If not for injuries; he would've led the 90's in homeruns....that stance was the most unique ever. The way he uncoiled with that vicious uppercut swing. pure power!!! natural POWER HITTER; unlike the barry bonds and jeff bagwell's etc....
You did a good job with Julio Franco's stance. However, Julio hit with his middle finger on his left hand wrapped around the knob of the bat. His left ring finger and pinky were never on the handle of the bat.
when the camara man chuckles you know battingstanceguy is on the money with the stances and swings...and too think I used to do this too when I was a kid and thought I was the only one...lol
tony gwynn, and eric davis. and sosa..!! great stuff man.. you had me lolrotfambbq (laughing out loud rolling on the floor after mylissa barbeque) I gotta check out the cubbies next.
Thanks Dave. Your contribution is priceless. How dare they have a not-completely-inclusive title to their free video? Kudos on bringing their gross inaccuracy to light. You have made the world a better place.
FANTASTIC JOB!!! The time and detail taken is uncanny!! The camera bud is laughing even though you know he's scene this skit a BILLION times! I LOVE IT!! People like this are JUST as valuable as doctors.
Only one beef/request. Not just because I'm a die-hard Toronto Blue Jays fan but ya gotta give us an Ernie Whitt or as all the Canadians and Dominicans would say the KING COBRA!! Tony "Cobra" Fernandez. Who's bat pre-hit, would put opposing defenses in unexplainable trances.
Funny stuff. Well done. Do you take requests. Mike Hargrove a.k.a. the Human Rain Delay, Darrell Porter, Don Baylor, Ron Cey, Steve Garvey and Bake McBride.

Yeah, too bad it would be difficult to do, he'd need to be ambidextrous for it to work properly. Or he could do just righties or lefties.
