  • Hi,

    I hope you succeed in what you are aiming to, but believe me sister, it is the whole world issue not UK only. All the world is governed by Military and police and we should work against this. They always claim that western world is a free one, but and after living in West for 3 years, I found out that the West is manipulated more and living in more slaverty than than the east.

    Best of luck,

    KJ

  • Get to grips with this!!! They already know who you are!! The ID cards just mean they don't have to faff about trying to find out who you are!! What a crap clip!!!!!'

  • Thanks for the video. I never knew about this. They've probably wanted to do this for years but only now is the technology up to it.

  • You're aware that NHS Smartcards DON'T use RFID authentication, right?

  • Lol, yet.... is the probably the unspoken word here.

  • Not really.

    But who know's, I'd be more concerned that new UK passports use RFID rather than NHS smart cards.

  • I've read Spychips. It's a good read and I'd recommend itl

    I would say that anything that relates to a person should not use RFID. It's easy to read.

    RFID is great for tracking parcels but not people.

    The NHS, well where do we start!!

    They are supposed to be able to "stop note" your records only the coding hadn't been written yet.

    The NHS loses data. It's probably the worse offender for data loss in any state organisation.

  • But the NHS does NOT (really needs emphasis on this word here) use RFID!

    Please, I'm begging you, before jumping to all these assumptions, read into how the NHS systems actually work, the precautions taken and security around the clinical systems and patient notes.

  • No2ID ran a test on some of the NHS security systems.

    Where the security should exist - it hadn't been coded - yet the system was going live.

    When they called up GP surgeries about "stop notes" to prevent disclosure, they gave a plausable excuse and the files were opened and data given by phone.

    You can have all the "security" in the world, but the culture of the NHS stands opposed to you.

  • RFID PASSPORTS HACKED

    See video link in the more information section >>

    Hackers are working to protect our civil liberties, by revealing how weak RFID security really is.

    Thank you to the Security Guru's for taking this point of view, that people's civil rights matter.

  • This lady doesn't know what she is speaking or rather reading in a theatrical format!. Someone has supplied with a idiotic and ill-informed script about the whole NHS IT & Spine projects (which is far from working or usable state anyway!) . By the way, as far as I am aware, GP doesnt pass info via NHS Spine to Local councils !!

  • ~Reading a script?? lol, good joke!

    If you think that information isn't being passed to your local council, then read on the NO2ID forum, the case information that you need.

    It's time to catch up.

    Also read up on local councils who are sending in plumbers, to diagnose child abuse (eg if a child is wearing long sleeves in summer).

    Google for Camilla Cavendish of "The Times" on contact point and plumbers, if you wish to double check the evidence.

    Don't ignore the evidence. The Times aren't.

  • NHS Spine will take another few good years to reach a working state. What you are talking appears to be an error. At least get your facts right -GPs cannot simply call or refer to a social care worker or local council if a patient appears to be abused prima facia. He has to follow a strict legal route for domestic abuse in order for the case to be referred upwards. Cases like this happen everyday and a stupid 2-bit NHS computer system can never be designed to change the way GPs work.

  • Heard of SUS? ie selling our medical data, as an income stream.

    They "say" it's anonymous. So your medical data, date of birth and POSTCODE, are sold to companies. Now a postcode is for only a few houses - so it's not rocket science to work out who has the medical condition.

    There's supposed to be a "stop note" for sensitive data. But the security features haven't been programmed yet. So of course, nothing is "stopped".

    The abuse is widespread.

  • I assure you, that there's no error.

    Google for Camilla Cavendish and the Times if you think there's an error.

    - GP's notify your local council

    - Councils are training plumbers to spot "child abuse". Since when has a plumber become "medical"?

    - ContactPoint is mandatory, for 11 million children.

    - Secondary Users, pay to access our medical data.

    This is pure abuse of power.

    Under Contact Point, even plumbers refer direct to the local council.

    Things are dire!

  • Synon400

    You are one ignorant person (amongst many). I work day in day out on NHS clinical systems, and have been heavily involved with CRS, the SPINE, and various other misguided projects. Trust me, none of it is secure, and the muppets who want these systems set up care not a fucking jot about you or yours. All they care about is their poxy careers. YOU need to get real my friend. You clearly have NO insight into these systems, and just how insecure they are.

  • Granted, this video sucks, and (no offence, whoever you are) the woman seems a little flaky, but really, whoever commented about the SPINE "taking another few years to reach working state" LOL, true, it's SHIT, but it IS (Supposed to be..) working NOW. The fact it keeps falling over is not the point. If anything that should concern people even more. The whole system is a farce, and anyone who actually knows anything, rather than just "believes" or "as far as they know" knows this for a FACT.

  • fortuzero,

    Thank you. Personal data security is a big issue, and it's coming slowly apparent how insecure the system is, in it's design.

  • the majority of doctors a pompus as$holes who think they know everything. silver spoon fed priks.

    They are all uselesss especially these 3rd world rough nurses who don;t give a fuk about white people

  • The money they waste in obsurd. I should know i worked for them.

    These 'in house' doctor people they have now in A&E are a disgrace to the meaning of National Health services.

    The NHS has been stolen from under the publics nose. churchill guaranteed us it would be there.

    I went to the A&E in hospital last night in dire pain and was sent home by CAMIDOC to make an appointment with my local GP.

    HOW WE HAVE LET THIS CAMIDOC TAKE AWAY OUR RIGHTS TO TREATMENT I DO NOT KNOW.

    Disgusting.

  • + GOVERNMENT BURIES DATABASE STATE POWERS IN CORONERS BILL +

    These powers would allow the government effectively to set aside not

    just the Data Protection Act and data protection principles when it

    suits, but the much more fundamental protections of Articles 6 and 8 of

    the ECHR/HRA [2], of common law confidentiality and of ultra vires[3].

    This goes far beyond data protection into constitutional law.

    This bill as it stands smashes the rule of law and builds

    the database state in its place.

  • An NHS document obtained under the Freedom of Information Act describes how officials are building a Secondary Uses Service which will contain large amounts of personal health information harvested from hospital and other records.

  • I actually work for the NHS and alongside NHS IT project. I think you should read into how the SPINE actually operates and the electronic clinical systems that GP now use.

    You can opt-out of the NHS SPINE, but your will still have patient codes on the clinical system.

  • Luckily the BMA is supporting patients, thank goodness!

    ~~~~
    There is a hidden use of your medical records that the Department of Health does not tell patients about.
    Every time you attend a hospital as either an outpatient, inpatient or an A&E attendence, all your personal and clinical details are sent to BT WITHOUT your consent.
    Even sensitive procedures such as abortions/terminations are sent to BT.
    Join NO2ID!!
  • The BMA supports the technological advances when it comes to patient care, which includes the consolidation of clinical systems.
    BT do have a clinical system, as well as providing the data lines to connect the NHS IT Infrastructure.
    Your above statement is a misinterpretation of the facts. I'd be more than happy clearing this up for ANYONE via messaging or email as I can't really write much here.
    Many thanks.
  • It seems that officials are just beginning to realise how difficult it will be to protect patient privacy — especially as your deidentified medical record will generally have your postcode. There are only a few houses at each postcode; knowing that, plus a patients age, usually tells you whose record it is. The NHS proposes to set up an Information Governance Board to think about the problem.
  • It seems pointless with me arguing here or having any kind of actual debate, as you've quite clearly come to your own misguided conclusions.
    I wish your campaign all the luck. However, I suggest that if you ever wish to be taken seriously, that you look into how the system ACTUALLY works, the clincial systems used by GP's and the procedures concerning PID.
  • If the NHS thinks people are happy with high street pharmacists seeing their medical data, I can't imagine how wrong they could be on that point. It's outrageous.
    And as for selling MY medical data, with MY identifiable details on it, to private companies such as Tesco's as a revenue stream, that beggars belief.
  • You're aware that pharmacists have no access to the clinical systems right? And that Spine access is restricted to job role? And that the only data they see will be in relation to the ETP from the doctors?
    But i'm sure you know all this...
  • + GOVERNMENT BURIES DATABASE STATE POWERS IN CORONERS BILL +
    I'm sure you saw this bill - hidden inside a Coroners Bill (how low can you get?).
    That datasharing sets up the database state.
    All restrictions are now up for grabs.
  • Thank you for this!
