We're singing this in my choir. I sing the Bass 2 note at the end hahaha. This song is just so peaceful and it's get me pumped for graduation coming up in less than 4 months.
That song was really enjoyable, I think our group has the ability to surpass this group in many ways. It will be fun and exciting to see what our group is capable of when performing this piece.
Pretty good job overall. I think they have a slightly childish sound to them, I would like to hear a richer tone from a group like this. I also noticed that their facial expressions sorta bored me, I would have liked more emotion in there faces! Again, a great job by this group, but I would like to see more from them.

Our advanced choir sang this last year for our MPA. I specifically remember one rehearsal when we ourselves were so moved by the words that we literally were stunned into silence for a good 30 seconds after it was all over with. This really is a fantastic piece to bring choirs together. It's become our new anthem now so to speak. =)

I love this song so much I think its beautiful. The choir sounds wonderful. It sounds better faster, especially at the climax. Also, they pronounce remember wrong for a singing group it should be pronounced rimember or a long e sound, you never hold out the normal e sound in a song it sounds bad

You have a really good point. My choir is singing this and I am on the top part. It's really hard to not sing loud on the high notes, because otherwise, they can't be hit.
i agree, very well done, i still think the tenor part should be slightly more prominent when the whole choir is singing, the sopranos could be slightly over powering at times....agreeing with JAnthony37, each to their own.
We have 2 on it, so its a lovely little harmony, though we have 2 basses, and they're on the low one, so its not much of a sound, but the chord sounds pretty nice.

It sounds better faster, especially at the climax. Also, they pronounce remember wrong for a singing group it should be pronounced rimember or a long e sound, you never hold out the normal e sound in a song it sounds bad

My school is singing this tomorrow night. My mom died last year, so when we first started to learn it [and still today] I get teary eyed and fake sing it. God this is such a beautiful yet sad song.

Wow. Amazing! My high school chamber ensemble sang this song. We sang it on our last day of school as seniors and everyone was crying by the end of the song. It's so perfect. This choir does an absolute fantastic job!

You have a really good point. My choir is singing this and I am on the top part. It's really hard to not sing loud on the high notes, because otherwise, they can't be hit.

i agree, very well done, i still think the tenor part should be slightly more prominent when the whole choir is singing, the sopranos could be slightly over powering at times....agreeing with JAnthony37, each to their own.

We have 2 on it, so its a lovely little harmony, though we have 2 basses, and they're on the low one, so its not much of a sound, but the chord sounds pretty nice.
