The wings need to be attached to the body - glue the tissue along the length of the body, and it should be ok

when u launch ornithopter, try not to throw it but instead smoothly let it glide while the wings flap and if that works fine, considering putting a pager motor instead of having a rubber-band powering the ornithopter!
